Roy Johnson Adult Transition

The following three outcomes reflect a collaborative relationship between adult student and family; adult transition program; and outside agencies:

• Adult Transition programs prepare adult students to live and work in the community, including preparation for adult programs and adult living options. 
   
• Postsecondary services provide the opportunity to develop and achieve a lifestyle that reflects students’ own needs and preferences. 
   
• Plans are developed between adult student, family, education and service agencies to work collaboratively to achieve postschool outcomes.
